Time To Upgrade Digital (a trade name of Time To Upgrade, LLC), operating No Food Left Behind, is the data controller for personal data collected through the app. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (email, login credentials) — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Kitchen data (food items, photos, dates, meal plans, badges) — to provide the Service (contract).
• Voice recordings — sent for transcription only when you tap the microphone, to label items (contract).
• Usage and device data (IP address, device/browser info, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the app (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host the app, store data, and process AI and transcription requests.
• Stripe, our payment processor, for subscription payments, billing, and fraud prevention. We never see or store your full card number.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, or after you delete your account, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us through the app to make a request; we respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls that keep each kitchen private to its owner.

Cookies and local storage

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and save your fridge on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries with appropriate safeguards.
