No Food Left Behind (the “Service”) is operated by Time To Upgrade Digital (a trade name of Time To Upgrade, LLC) (“we”, “us”). When you use the Service, you are contracting with Time To Upgrade Digital (a trade name of Time To Upgrade, LLC). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

No Food Left Behind helps you track food in your fridge and freezer, get reminders before food goes bad, plan meals, and get recipe ideas from what you already have. You must be of legal age in your country, or have a parent’s permission, to use it.

Your account

Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone’s intellectual property; or interfering with its security (malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing limits). You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

Food safety and AI suggestions

Countdowns, reminders, and Fusion Mode recipe ideas are helpful estimates, not food-safety guarantees. Always use your own judgment about whether food is safe to eat. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for what you enter and how you use the results. We may filter or remove content and suspend accounts that misuse these features.

Intellectual property

Time To Upgrade Digital (a trade name of Time To Upgrade, LLC) owns the Service and its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under your plan. You keep ownership of your content and let us store and process it only to provide the Service.

Plans and payments

The free plan lets you try the Service before paying. Paid plans (Leftover Hero and Fridge Legend) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. See our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service running well but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including spoiled food, lost profits, or lost data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. When an account ends, we delete its data within a reasonable period.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Time To Upgrade Digital (a trade name of Time To Upgrade, LLC) is organized. We may update these Terms and will post changes here.
